White Clay Creek Fest

Join us in the celebration of the White Clay Creek

and our National Wild & Scenic River designation 10th anniversary!

Bigger and better! Join us for a day of live music by Dukes of Destiny and Atiba Steel Drum bands, live animals, food by Toni's Pizzaria, nature talks and activities, displays, fly fishing and golf clinics, free cake at the Anniversary Tent, a rain gauge giveaway for all, prizes of native trees and other plants and rain barrel, and MORE!

Also learn more about native gardening, an effort to restore the shad fishery in the White Clay, the White Clay's involvement in the United Nations Billion trees campain, recreational trails, life on the White Clay during the colonial and Revolutionary War period,how water gets from the Creek to the tap, and many more!

There will be booths set up by White Clay Outfitters and White Clay Fly Fishers, White Clay Creek State Park and Friends of the White Clay Creek State Park, University of Delaware Water Resources Agency, Stroud Water Research Center, TriState Bird Rescue, Hale-Byrnes House, United Water and Suez Environment, White Clay Wild & Scenic Program, the Mason-Dixon Trail Club, Deerfield Golf and Tennis Club, and others.
